AA – District 23
Alcoholics Anonymous – District 23, Area 51 (North Carolina)
24-HOUR HOTLINE: 336.854.4278
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. A.A. is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.

Dogwood Group – New Meeting Location
Posted by Sam M. under News
The Dogwood Group that meets every Thursday night at 8pm for an open speaker meeting is changing its meeting location starting July 2nd. It is moving to Proximity UMC 1200 Vine St. (The same location Pepsi meets on Saturday Nights on the corner of 4th and Vine.)
The new location will provide more space, more comfortable chairs, more handicap-friendly access (no stairs), ice maker will allow us to provide sodas as well for those who do not care for coffee, and more reliable A/C for the up-coming summer.
Come help continue the support of one of the Greensboro area’s oldest meetings. Thank you.
